Mov2improv APP for patients with McArdle disease will be released soon (November-December 2022) and will be freely accessible in Google Play and Apple Store. The implementation of an APP tool will significantly improve the health related quality of life of McArdle disease patients by increasing the adherence to the rehabilitation interventions. The usage of the APP tool will facilitate patient’s empowerment in exercise therapies compliance and self-evaluation in daily life activities, which will reduce the number of control visits to the medical specialists and increase their confidence in performing regular exercise activity.
